- History of Flight:
On October 8, 2026, at about 1737 local time, a Cessna 172M Skyhawk, N20DK, registered to Flight Surgeon LLC, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident at Drake Field (FYV/KFYV), Fayetteville, Arkansas. The flight instructor and student pilot were not injured.
The FAA reported that: "Airplane departed, lost power and attempted to descend to land, overran the runway end and struck runway lights."
