- History of Flight:
On August 7, 2026, at about 1100 local time, a Sikorsky CH-54A Tarhe helicopter, N793HT, operated by Helicopter Transport Services out of Aurora, Oregon, was destroyed when it was involved in an accident at the Three Creeks Reservoir near Beaver, Utah. The two pilots onboard were fatally injured. The public-use firefighting flight originated from Richfield Municipal Airport (RIF/KRIF), Richfield, Utah, at 1016 LT.
