- History of Flight:
On October 23, 2026, at about 1821 local time, a Piper PA-44-180 Seminole, N5823A, registered to ATP Aircraft 8 LLC, and being operated by ATP Flight School, sustained unknown damage when it suffered a right main gear collapse upon landing on runway 20L at DuPage County Airport (DPA/KDPA), West Chicago, Illinois. The flight instructor and student pilot were not injured. The local training flight originated at 1816.
