- History of Flight:
On October 15, 2026, at about 1256 local time, a Piper PA-23-160 Apache E, N3301P, registered to Dramstad Flying Service LLC, sustained minor damage when it experienced a nose gear collapse on runway 23 at Helena Regional Airport (HLN/KHLN), Helena, Montana. The pilot and passenger were not injured. The local flight originated at 1102.
