On October 9th, the FAA announced that their preliminary accident/incident notices site (ASIAS/PAIN) was taken down and that a new one was going to go online on October 25. However, two days ago, they reopened the old site and on October 13th, they added 42 new entries. I took a quick glance and in the upcoming days, I will start going through ~35 entries.
