On September 17, 2026, at about 0806 local time, an AutoGyro MTOSport, N677KM, registration pending, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident in Kaplan, Louisiana. The pilot and passenger were not injured.
The FAA reported that the gyro impacted a levy during an emergency landing in a field due to loss of power.
