- History of Flight:
On April 4, 2026, at about 1155 local time, a privately-registered Lancair IV, N94PT, sustained unknown damage following a gear-up forced landing on a road near Camden,, North Carolina. The pilot was not injured. The cross-country personal flight originated from the Norfolk-Hampton Roads Executive Airport (KPVG), 
Norfolk, Virginia, at 1129 LT.

Preliminary ADS-B data show that the airplane was cruising at 2,200 ft when it enteed a descent to 1,100 ft before initiating a descending left hand turn towards a road.
