- History of Flight:
On January 19, 2026, at about 1443 local time, a privately-registered Rans S-21 Outbound, N88WL, sustained unknown damage when it was involved in an incident at Monroe County Airport (MNV/KMNV), Madisonville, Tennessee. The pilot and passenger were not injured.
The FAA reported: "Aircraft failed to takeoff for unknown reasons incurring a prop strike."
