On October 9, 2026, at 0901 local time, a privately-registered Piper PA-28-140 Cherokee, N4364J, sustained unknown, but apparent minor damage when it experienced engine issues and landed in a field near Nephi, Utah. The pilot was not injured. The flight originated from Spanish Fork Municipal Airport/Woodhouse Field (SPK/KSPK), Spanish Fork, Utah, at 0843.
