On July 24, 2026, at about 1245 local time, a privately-registered Waco ASO, N119Y, sustained unknown when it was involved in an incident in Hamilton, Ohio. The pilot and passenger were not injured.
The FAA reported: "Aircraft main gear broke off during landing."
