On April 11, 2026, at about 0813 local time, a de Havilland DHC-3T Vazar Turbine Otter, N708KA, registered to Single Otter Leasing Two LLC and being operated by Key West Seaplanes, sustained substantial damage when it struck a sand bar and nosed over into the water near Key West, Florida.
